This Privacy Policy explains how Kwantifai ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our AI-powered WhatsApp automation service. By using our service or website, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect
We collect information in two contexts: from business owners who sign up for our service, and from end-customers who interact with the AI assistant via WhatsApp.
From business owners:
- Name and business name
- Email address and phone number
- Business details you provide during onboarding (services, hours, FAQs)
- WhatsApp Business account credentials required for setup
From end-customers (via WhatsApp):
- WhatsApp phone number and display name
- Message content exchanged with the AI assistant (e.g. booking requests, questions)
- Booking details such as date, time, and service requested
From website visitors:
- We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party pixels on this website. No personal data is collected from visitors who simply browse kwantifai.com.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To set up and operate your AI WhatsApp assistant
- To process and confirm bookings on behalf of your business
- To generate the monthly performance reports included in your plan
- To contact you about your account, service updates, or support requests
- To improve the quality and accuracy of our AI responses
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- AI processing: Message content is processed by third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI or similar) solely to generate responses. These providers are bound by their own data processing agreements and do not retain your data for training purposes under standard API terms.
- WhatsApp / Meta: The WhatsApp Business API is operated by Meta Platforms. Messages are transmitted through Meta's infrastructure in accordance with WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
- Legal obligations: We may disclose information if required to do so by Lebanese law or a valid legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain conversation logs and booking data for up to 12 months to provide reporting and support. After your subscription ends, we will delete your data within 30 days upon written request to hello@kwantifai.com.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

8. Children's Privacy
Our service is intended for business owners and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
